The accommodation
- Maximum occupancy: 3 guests. Licence VT-506961-A.
- 1 bedroom · 1 bathroom · kitchen · terrace.
- Access to the resort’s communal swimming pool, about a 3-minute walk away.
- Stairs must be climbed to reach the apartment (it is a few steps up, on the first floor).
How to book
Bookings are made through this website by choosing your dates and completing the form. Your booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email. By booking, you declare that you are of legal age and that you accept these terms.
Minimum stay
Minimum stay in summer: 7 nights.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros per night, taxes included, and vary according to the season and the length of stay. The price you see when booking is the price you pay: no platform fees.
SEASONAL RATES:
- Refundable deposit of €300. The cost of any extraordinary cleaning or any damage is deducted from it.
- Final cleaning included in the price.
Payment methods
You can currently pay by bank transfer or credit or debit card. If you choose bank transfer, the booking is secured once the amount is received.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Fewer than 5 days before arrival: 50% refund of the accommodation cost.
- On the day of arrival or if you do not turn up (no-show): no refund.
- Early departure: nights not used are not refunded.
- Deposit (€300): refunded in full provided there is no damage or extraordinary cleaning, regardless of the cancellation.
- Cancellation by Casa Bora (force majeure or an issue with the accommodation): 100% refund.
- Date changes: subject to availability; email us at bora@casabora.es.
- Refunds: by the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.
- Guest force majeure: in the event of serious, documented circumstances that prevent travel (natural disaster, official travel ban), Casa Bora will consider, on a case-by-case basis, offering a change of dates or a credit voucher; any refund is at Casa Bora’s discretion.
To cancel, email bora@casabora.es quoting your booking number. Refunds are made by the same method you used to pay.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm.
- Check-out: avant 10:00 am.
- Arrivée autonome with a key safe: no one needs to wait for you.
Règlement intérieur
- Maximum 3 guests. Visitors beyond that number are not allowed.
- Pets are welcome. Assistance animals are always allowed.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. This is a residential community, not a hotel.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking inside the accommodation.
- Photography for commercial purposes is not allowed without authorisation.
- Please use water, electricity and air conditioning (heating/cooling) responsibly. Thank you for your help.
Before you leave
Check-out is before 10:00 am. To leave everything in order, please:
- Put the rubbish in the appropriate bins.
- Switch off the lights, the air conditioning and the small appliances.
- Close the windows.
- Leave the keys in the key safe.
- Lock the door.
The final cleaning is included; we only ask that you leave the accommodation in a reasonable state. Thank you for being mindful of your use of water, electricity and air conditioning.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the accommodation or the communal areas during their stay. The owner accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are left behind or stolen, or for incidents in the resort’s communal facilities, which it does not manage.

Data protection
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and by Decree 10/2021 of the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Regional Government), which regulates tourist accommodation in the Valencian Region. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
