Tax ID\n(NIF): B83977561<\/p>\n\n<h2>The accommodation<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maximum occupancy: 3 guests.<\/strong> Licence VT-506961-A.<\/li>\n<li>1 bedroom \u00b7 1 bathroom \u00b7 kitchen \u00b7 terrace.<\/li>\n<li>Access to the resort&#8217;s communal swimming pool, about a 3-minute walk away.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stairs must be climbed<\/strong> to reach the apartment (it is a few steps up, on the first floor).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>How to book<\/h2>\n\n<p>Bookings are made through this website by choosing your dates and completing the form. Your\nbooking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email. By booking, you declare that you are\nof legal age and that you accept these terms.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Minimum stay<\/h3>\n\n<p>Minimum stay in summer: 7 nights.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Prices<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prices are shown in euros per night, taxes included, and vary according to the season and the\nlength of stay. The price you see when booking is the price you pay: <strong>no platform\nfees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>SEASONAL RATES:<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Refundable deposit of \u20ac300. The cost of any extraordinary cleaning or any damage is deducted from it.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Final cleaning included in the price.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul><p><\/p>\n\n<h3>Payment methods<\/h3>\n\n<p>You can currently pay by <strong>bank transfer<\/strong> or <strong>credit or debit card<\/strong>.\nIf you choose bank transfer, the booking is secured once the amount is received.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival:<\/strong> 100% refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Fewer than 5 days before arrival:<\/strong> 50% refund of the accommodation cost.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>On the day of arrival or if you do not turn up (no-show):<\/strong> no refund.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Early departure:<\/strong> nights not used are not refunded.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Deposit (\u20ac300):<\/strong> refunded in full provided there is no damage or extraordinary cleaning, regardless of the cancellation.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Cancellation by Casa Bora<\/strong> (force majeure or an issue with the accommodation): 100% refund.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Date changes:<\/strong> subject to availability; email us at <a href=\"mailto:bora@casabora.es\">bora@casabora.es<\/a>.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> by the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Guest force majeure:<\/strong> in the event of serious, documented circumstances that prevent travel (natural disaster, official travel ban), Casa Bora will consider, on a case-by-case basis, offering a change of dates or a credit voucher; any refund is at Casa Bora&#8217;s discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>To cancel, email <a href=\"mailto:bora@casabora.es\">bora@casabora.es<\/a> quoting your booking\nnumber. Refunds are made by the same method you used to pay.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>Check-in and check-out<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> from <strong>3:00 pm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> avant <strong>10:00 am<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arriv\u00e9e autonome<\/strong> with a key safe: no one needs to wait for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>R\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maximum 3 guests.<\/strong> Visitors beyond that number are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pets are welcome.<\/strong> Assistance animals are always allowed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.<\/strong> This is a residential community, not a hotel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No parties or events.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>No smoking<\/strong> inside the accommodation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Photography for commercial purposes is not allowed<\/strong> without authorisation.<\/li>\n<li>Please <strong>use water, electricity and air conditioning (heating\/cooling) responsibly<\/strong>. Thank you for your help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Before you leave<\/h2>\n\n<p>Check-out is <strong>before 10:00 am<\/strong>. To leave everything in order, please:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Put the rubbish in the appropriate bins.<\/li>\n  <li>Switch off the lights, the air conditioning and the small appliances.<\/li>\n  <li>Close the windows.<\/li>\n  <li>Leave the keys in the key safe.<\/li>\n  <li>Lock the door.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The final cleaning is included; we only ask that you leave the accommodation in a reasonable\nstate. Thank you for being mindful of your use of water, electricity and air conditioning.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the accommodation or the communal areas\nduring their stay. The owner accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are left behind\nor stolen, or for incidents in the resort&#8217;s communal facilities, which it does not manage.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n\n<p>The accommodation has official complaint forms available to guests. You can also email\n<a href=\"mailto:bora@casabora.es\">bora@casabora.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Data protection<\/h2>\n\n<p>The processing of your data is governed by our <a href=\"\/fr\/politica-de-privacidad\/\">Privacy\nPolicy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Governing law<\/h2>\n\n<p>These terms are governed by Spanish law and by Decree 10\/2021 of the Generalitat Valenciana\n(Valencian Regional Government), which regulates tourist accommodation in the Valencian Region.
